Residential, Commercial, Industrial- Inside City (Complying Sewer)

Residential, Commercial, Industrial- Inside City (Non-Complying Sewer)

First	2,000	gallons (minimum)	$16.23	per month
Over	2,000	gallons	$5.30	per 1,000 gallons

Residential, Commercial, Industrial- Outside City (Inside Urban Growth Boundary)

First	2,000	gallons (minimum)	$24.41	per month
Over	2,000	gallons	$6.75	per 1,000 gallons

Residential, Commercial, Industrial- Outside City (Outside Urban Growth Boundary)

First	2,000	gallons (minimum)	$24.41	per month
Over	2,000	gallons	$7.00	per 1,000 gallons

Water Rates are include a 10% Water Plant Investment Fee.

Tap Fee inside the City is $300.00, outside the City is $500.00

outside the Urban Services Boundary $600.00

SEWER:

Sewer rate for complying customers is 85% of water bill.

Sewer rate for non-complying customers is 90% of water bill.

Tap Fee inside the City is $300.00.
